Married father of three, living in England.

I am a keen motorcyclist, enjoying occasional long-distance European road trips, fair-weather weekend blasts and muddy off-road adventures. Some would say petrol head, with an enjoyment of driving, motorsport festivals, BMW cars, track days and Formula One.  Occasional cyclist and mountain biker. Happy camper. Keen International traveller. Foodie.

I enjoy reading, writing, resting and listening, with a developing interest in men’s mental and emotional health and wellbeing, and behavioural sciences.

Former time-served Electrician, now ECUK-registered Engineer and active member of CIBSE, IET and IMechE. Chapters of my life have included business ownership and management, school governance, charitable trusts, community youth work and church leadership.

Previously from a free church background (Newfrontiers), now happily  serving as Churchwarden and Ordinand (priest in training) in the Church of England.
